I have been a client of Urban Roots Horticulture for a number of years now, for garden maintenance and advice. I received a courteous, reliable service at all times with the benefit of professional advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anybody else.

I cannot recommend Levi and his colleague enough. They are extremely hard working, efficient, neat, and tidy workers. They arrive on time and on schedule, bring all their own equipment and can take clippings away to mulch/chip and discard of, so I didn’t have to worry about that. It is very hard to find a good gardener/horticulturalist that is as efficient and good value with in- depth knowledge of all garden plants and trees. Levi can give great advice and tips to customers looking to tidy or expand their existing garden or start anew!

Having invested in a new tarmacadam driveway last year, I was eager to have it cleaned to remove the heavy moss that had built up during the autumn and winter. My first instinct was to have it power washed and that’s when I contacted Urban Roots Horticulture. After speaking with Levi, I was advised not to carry out power washing as it would only cause damage and potentially remove the stone from the new surface. Levi explained that he had a specific machine for removing the moss and cleaning the driveway, without the need for water or any harsh chemical applications. When the work was completed, the driveway looked as good as new again. A great, cost effective service that’s also much friendlier on the environment.

I can highly recommend Levi from Urban Roots Horticulture. He has a wonderful knowledge of plants and shrubs. Gives great garden advice, very professional, quick to respond, tidy and leaves the garden looking beautiful. 10/10.
